proggy - experiments, projects, and wotzitnots in computer programming

3Deep (coming soon)- a perpetually on-going 3D engine, cross-platform (Mac OS X & Windoze), built-in command console for lua scripting.

Ships that Hex (coming soon)- Gordon and I are writing a turn-based sailing ship combat game that he and Ben originally designed and played as a pen and paper game. We're using Python and Pygame, but generally writing from scratch, just for fun, not in some sort of masochistic God-Programmer kind of way.

PuyoPuyo - grab them keys and get yer game on! the Puyos are multiplying like tribbles, you've been tasked by the Committee on Prurient Behavior to squelch these colorful little badasses.

Tessie - Tessie the Tesselation Automata. An interactive cellular automata that grows beautiful lattice designs. Stare at it for hours. Inspired by Cliff Pickover's writings.

drawbot circles - This is a fractallyish scriptlet I wrote with Drawbot. The algorithm packs circles tightly together. The effect looks a bit like cells.

plants - A college project I did for one of my computer graphics classes. From way back.

Crixa - I worked on this at Qualia (R.I.P.). There have been murmurings of resurrecting it. (Info to come.)


artstuff - a handful of non-digital projects that managed to ford the digital river.

our community - a 15 minute video project focusing on the flights and plights of some hard-working avian and humanoid commuters. strange and beautiful things can happen if you turn your gaze skyward...

Western Sticker Invasion - a sanity-preserving project that i passed off in the name of teaching & internationalization while living in Japan. i doled these out to my students if they worked their bums off in English class.
